  • Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Direct calls to appropriate staff and take accurate messages when needed
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments
  • Learn and utilize in-house CRM software

Administrative Support

  • Greet visitors and provide general assistance
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders
  • Assist team members with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Support office communications via phone, email, and in-person
