From co-owner to technicians that completed our job plus office staff, we had a great... experience. Great communication, pricing, and skilled technicians. Had a light fixture stop working at my elderly mother's house. Called St. Matthews Electric... who answered right away and scheduled visit to assess the problem and estimate cost. Jared spent time checking the 3-way switches and the flourscent fixture. Issue was fixture which meant we needed to purchase a replacement and schedule return visit. He gave guidance on fixture types and sizes. He would not take payment until return visit. Each visit was on time and well-communicated. Definitely will use again and have already scheduled appointment for my own houseread more
