This was the only company that responded when we called after the big storm. We had a pole... falling off our house & LG&E was going to turn the power off if we didn't have it fixed immediately. Had a light fixture stop working at my elderly mother's house. Called St. Matthews Electric... who answered right away and scheduled visit to assess the problem and estimate cost. Jared spent time checking the 3-way switches and the flourscent fixture. Issue was fixture which meant we needed to purchase a replacement and schedule return visit. Jared and Richard’s team were phenomenal, they did buried the wires from the house to the... garage, upgraded the breaker box in the house which was desperately needed, added a EV setup to the garage and a breaker box, include outlets outside for backyard event. I called Richard on a Monday and he was able to come out to my house within 48 hours. I had... an electrical outlet that needed to be replaced and I was concerned about some lighting issues in my basement. Richard checked my concerns with the light fixtures and assured me there was no serious issues. He explained what was causing the flickering in the lights and how to fix it. So I call up St. Matthews Electric and upon their arrival, I joke that they better not take advantage of my ignorance. COMPLETE OPPOSITE!!! I called Richard on a Monday and he was able to come out to my house within 48 hours. I had... an electrical outlet that needed to be replaced and I was concerned about some lighting issues in my basement. Richard checked my concerns with the light fixtures and assured me there was no serious issues. He explained what was causing the flickering in the lights and how to fix it. So I call up St. Matthews Electric and upon their arrival, I joke that they better not take advantage of my ignorance. COMPLETE OPPOSITE!!!
